As your celebrant, I will spend time getting to know you, understanding what is important to you and learning about your journey together. Collectively, we will create a unique and meaningful ceremony, just as you imagined it. The ceremony will incorporate and reflect your values, your interests, your personalities and your beliefs. Every celebration day is one of life’s magical moments, and one you will treasure forever.
For this wedding ceremony we commit to a process of getting to know each other. Over the course of a few months, I will learn all about you, your families, friends who are important in your lives.
This exquisite ceremony is for those whose weddings are overseas. This option will include all of the aspects of Raise the Roof, the key difference being that I will travel overseas to be at your desired destination.
A naming ceremony is a special way of welcoming a new arrival into the family. A celebration of new life and love. A naming ceremony will bring together family, friends and guardian parents. It may involve readings, promises, planting a tree… Together we will create a poignant service, personal to you.

A vow renewal ceremony can take many forms, from an intimate ceremony with close friends to a full scale party vibe! It can be a wonderful opportunity to include your whole family in the celebration – perhaps having a sand ceremony or a tree planting ceremony. The blessing of the stones is a lovely way to include everyone in your special day. Each guest is given a stone on which to write their blessings and well-wishes to you, for your future. Of course, you can adapt this to wooden hearts, stars…. anything. These keepsakes will serve as a reminder of the love you all shared on your wedding day.
The lighting of the Unity Candle symbolises the joining together of you, as two individuals. The ceremony has 3 candles. The first 2 are lit towards the beginning of the ceremony and are often lit by a parent or sibling from either side of your families. After the vows, you light the third candle – a symbol of your togetherness, from this day forward. This is a beautiful way to include family members or special friends.
